Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at least 24 hours before to cancel or reschedule the meeting. If you are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting, the facilitator may NOT be able to extend the session to accommodate the lost time. Please review the terms of our Consultation Policy in Section 5 of our Terms of Use.
